During the research on the machinery alloy and some metal powder crushing, due to the high rigidity of these materials, the common ball milling tank (such as the stainless steel, agate, and nylon, etc) has not enough rigidity, and cannot satisfy its requirements. Therefore, some scientific technicians give advice to our plant, hoping that we supply the hard alloy ball-milling tank. In order to satisfy them, by repeated experiments for more than a year, our technicians conquered the hardness, and developed 100ml and 250ml hard alloy ball-milling tanks, hard alloy vacuum tank and hard alloy ball, which fill the blank of the ball-milling tank used in the planetary ball mill, supplies another research method for the clients, and enlarges the new application field of our planetary ball mill.
